Jumping in bed with that six yearold girl in a room that she shared with her older brother. Sexual assault and rape of the child are just some of the serious charges Oscar Herrera is facing. Police say he broke in the hatfield Village Apartment unit through a living room window and then raped a six yearold girl in her own bed. Certainly from the details provided by both children, it is quite clear, from the evidence that this individual is engaged in some terrible acts of the child.
