And what both of us thought, cant eat another bite. You dont want to get to five. This is going to help you understand if you are eating for biological hunger or head hunger. Even cleaning, doing exercise doesnt have to be getting to the gym. Track your steps. Get a fitbit or pedometer, anything like that. Try to get 10,000 steps a day. Thats about five miles just moving around. Use the stairs whenever possible so you can work those legs and glutes. Park far away when going to the grocery store. Maybe curl those grocery bags as youre walking out. And we have a hack for you that i want you to work your glutes. Tushy. Tushy squeeze. Everybody stand shoulder feet apart. At home, do it, too.
