Book Review: Another Time, Another Place By Topden Tsering Review of “Another Place” by Tsering Wangyal a.k.a Editor Late Tsering Wangyal, author of the landmark Tibetan novel in English, “Another Place,” was less known by his name than his nickname: Editor.
