so bonnie snyder is here for a friday. let s talk about weather as we head into the weekend here. we ve got some flooding in iowa. right. it s not raining now though, is it? it s not. but we are expecting more rain, tony and that s the last thing everyone needs after incredible flash flooding. you can see warnings in iowa right now, and the city of ames is under a warning that goes into tonight. and some of the watches will continue straight through saturday so it s not letting up. and we could see with the thunderstorms expected today remain rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. and that means a total accumulation of 2 to 4 inches possible. what s happening now is we re getting very strong thunderstorms working their way into parts of iowa toward wisconsin. you see a severe thunderstorm watch box and that continues through the afternoon, including the city of minneapolis. we have some pictures to show you of what it s been looking like with this flooding activity. you can see people
