Three Wrens has bottled the ‘world’s first’ bison grass gin The new Three Wrens Bison Grass Gin is made using hierochloe odorata, also known as bison grass, which is grown at the brand’s base in Cheshire, UK. Bison grass is an aromatic plant that has historically been used by indigenous people in Europe and North America during prayer and purifying ceremonies. The bison grass is vapour infused and distilled with 10 other botanicals, including Tuscan juniper, home-grown apple mint, lemon mint, fresh lime and grains of paradise.
