Director

Director Shakti Soundar Rajan has once again made an average fantasy thriller with his new film
Teddy. The filmmaker has borrowed the
Teddy angle from the 2012 Hollywood fantasy comedy
Ted but
Teddy is not a comedy film, it has a tried and tested organ trafficking angle which we have watched in umpteen Tamil films including Ajith s
Yennai Arindhaal.
Sri (Sayyeshaa) goes missing after she was sent in an ambulance for first aid. But the corrupt healthcare workers and doctors inject a medicine that puts her into Coma. But her soul gets into a cute Teddy Bear. Now, the teddy can walk and speak. It escapes from the hospital and roams across Chennai to find a safe place.
