DURBAN - Controversial Durban businessman Thoshan Panday s mother has appeared in court.
This is in connection with the World Cup police accommodation tender fraud case.
Panday and his three co-accused allegedly committed fraud amounting to R47-million.
Now his 69-year-old mother, Arvenda, has appeared with three other family members in the Durban magistrate s court on fraud, corruption, money laundering and racketeering charges. eNCA s Mawande Kheswa reports.
