Businesses across the country could face a legal minefield amid the prospect re-opening this summer. And, despite the Government s roadmap out of lockdown suggesting that hospitality could be reopening to the public as early as 12 April, businesses are still eager to know how they will navigate potential issues such as cancellations and new, unforseen government guidance. Cumbria Tourism s strategic partners, Thompson Hayton Winkley Legal, are hoping to help guide local businesses through an uncertain time.
