Along with the director what our options might be as we proceed forward. This is something i would recommend all of the members that they become educated in on a periodic basis. Because this is not the end of Technology Advances and therefore this is not the last challenge were going to be faced with from a technology standpoint. Senator langford. Thank you mr. Chairman and you are right, this is not the last one this is the latest Technology Battle were dealing with. George comey thank you for your work and pass on to the folks that work some very long hours leading up to july the 4th our appreciation for what they did for the nation and the citizens of my state and people around the country. We do appreciate their work very much and you have a terrific team. The challenge we face on this is not only on the Technology Side and dealing with terrorism, it is the benefit gained from this. As one of those District Centers is taken over within hours the Afghan Security forces are taking it back. They have the ability now, the capability to react much quicker, to move forces all around the country to go back and take over those District Centers. I think thats a sign of progress as they move forward. Again, they have technology, they have the people they have the training. I think the difference this fighting season is getting the right leadership in place, holding the leaders accountable for the welfare of soldiers and police. And then building the moral of the folk as they continue to take the offensive. Theyre very defensive in nature. 80 of the Afghan Security forces are on check points and youre vulnerable to attacks. Thats where theyre taking a lot of their losses on the small check points. Afghan local police were designed to be the guardian tofs village. Theyre supposed to guard that village. But theyve employed them five kilometer, 10 kilometers outside of the vill

Weapon, a computer virus used to sabotage Irans Nuclear program. This was a virus designed to physically destroy something. In the past weve seen malware that steals passwords, credit card numbers, things like that, but weve never seen something that was designed to destroy, at least leap out of the Digital World into the physical realm and have some kind of kinetic activity. Thats one thing that made it unique. It was really sophisticated. It was, as i mentioned, its designed to increase and slow the speed of the centrifuges. While it was doing that, it also did this remarkable trick, which was to make the operators at the plant think that the operations were perfectly normal. So what it did is it recorded normal activity on the computers first, and then it played back that normal activity to the monitoring machines when it was actually doing the sabotage. Getting food, getting employment opportunities, those were all very important to me. And i just want to say that it is extremely difficult to look past the adults in our lives. Because as i mentioned earlier in my speech i didnt have any support in my family and i was raised my Community Members in washington d. C. And they werent even family. So when they were raising me i just took a look at how successful they were. And ive always just wanted to be in that circle of success. Every time ill see mr. George and he was just established and he was always there for us. But he did it for over 20 years and that is how dedicated he was. That kept me going because i didnt want to disappoint them. And for me to let them down, for them to put in the effort to help me and for me to just give up. It wasnt worth it. It wanted to make them proud. So i was like i want to be just like that. I wish i was as great as you are. Leadership starts a the top. So then who you look up and thats what keeps me
