Children locked up, fearing for their lives, a disturbing story from Southern California shares similarities with a story of captivity and escape from right here in the bay area. The children ranged in age from 2 to 29 and kept out of Public Schools and mostly hidden from neighbors. Its sim floor on the outside, this home in perris, california looks like the others on this street, but Officials Say inside was a house of horrors. 13 siblings were held captive in the house by their own parents. The kids were pale and thin and antisocial. The neighbor said she knew there was a large family inside, but strange that she never did see the little kids. It never added up.
