The Life Expectancy was 65 years. Pg e neglected and failed to make up grades. Since the campfire in the past year, pg e worked to intensify the inspections on transmission lines in the last year, pg e inspected 222 substations, 50,000 transmission structures, 30,500 miles of power lines and 700,000 distribution poles. We brought in more than 2000 qualified linemen outside of california to help us with all of the inspection work in terms of doing the inspection as well as being able to do the repair. The journal says detailed inspections include workers physically climbing the towers to inspect them. It hasnt been done in decades. Authorities are investigating a Southern California couple for alleged torture and child endangerment after several children were found shackled and dirty inside their home. Police say they found 12 people, including several minors, allegedly being held captive after one of the victims escaped and called police.
