The head of a group that organizes anti-restrictions rallies across the country is charged for his role in a St. Thomas demonstration â the third time heâs been cited under Ontarioâs pandemic law.
Lamont Daigle is charged under the Reopening Ontario Act with organizing an outdoor gathering exceeding the permitted limit, his group, The Line Canada, said.
