The shooting suspect was identified by police as Alfonso Rodriguez, 32, who is charged with first degree murder and tampering with evidence related to the shooting. Rodriguez is also charged with several felonies unrelated to the Archuleta s death. Las Cruces-Doña Ana County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information that helps police locate Rodriguez and his girlfriend, Leanna Herrera, 32, who may be accompanying him. Police are asking members of the community to call 911 if they have information on the whereabouts of Rodriguez or Herrera. Anonymous tips can be made by calling Las Cruces Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477

Third Circuit Court back fully operational following power, IT outage

The computer systems at all Third Circuit Court divisions are operational, court officials announced Friday. A flood that caused electrical problems at the Penobscot Building on Tuesday interrupted computer and other technological services in the downtown offices of the Third Judicial Court. The IT outage affected computer and phone lines at the court s offices at the Penobscot Building, Lincoln Hall of Justice, the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center and Frank Murphy Hall . Those with matters at the court are asked to refer to the court s website, www.3rdcc.org,  for the court s docket on all matters. The power problems, first reported Tuesday, has halted Zoom capabilities with some of the court s facilities.

Detroit Electrical problems persist Wednesday throughout the Third Judicial Court system s offices downtown following an outage at the Penobscot Building where computer and power servers for the court system are located. The power outage was first reported Tuesday and interrupted telephone connections for the Third Circuit Court system. The problem has halted Zoom capabilities with some of the court s facilities, officials said.  As of Wednesday, phone service remains limited for court offices at the Coleman A. Young Municipal Center, Frank Murphy Hall of Justice and the Lincoln Hall of Justice. Court officials are urging those with scheduled court proceedings Wednesday to call their assigned courtroom for further instructions or log on to the court s website at www.3rdcc.org.
