Randall - who runs an eponymous restaurant at the InterContinental London hotel in Mayfair and a number of overseas hotel restaurants - will create a menu designed to pair with Camden’s beers that combines his ‘love for Italian cooking and seasonal ingredients with dishes you’d find in a Bavarian inspired beer hall’.  Small dishes and sharing platters will be offered alongside beer served directly from the brewery’s tanks.
