Several women have told the bbc that Dr Ann Coxon carried out the medical checks while working for him, including a woman who was just 16 at the time. Mr Al Fayed is accused of multiple rapes and Sexual Assaults by female staff raising questions about what those around him at the time knew, and how they may have enabled his actions.
