I wish I had known it s OK for me to decide when a customer is not a good fit before I started my business.
As entrepreneurs we create products and services to solve people s problems. When someone shows an interest in what we offer we naturally we want to help them. But not every potential customer is a good fit. Rather than dilute the value of our services we can choose to help people who will benefit the most and engage in activities that will move us toward our goals.
