Mark robinson is facing pressure to leave the race after allegations he made racist and lewd comments on a pornography site, including declaring in one post that he was a black nazi. Robinson who is North Carolinas lieutenant governor, is denying the allegations and vowing to stay in the race. This is not us. These are not our words. Charity ship carrying vital supplies is preparing to set sail for gaza, along a new maritime aid corridor. The vessel operated by The Open Arms Charity has been repositioning itself in the harbour in larnaca, while another, smaller boat, towed a Barge Carrying Aid Supplies out onto the water. Over the last two days, its been loaded with around 200 tonnes of food and medical supplies. The aid will be overseen by the world central kitchen organisation. But without a working port, its not clear yet where the ship will actually dock, or how its cargo will be distributed inside gaza. The us military has confirmed that one of its ships has left virginia and is currently sailing to the middle east, carrying equipment to build a temporary pier off the coast of gaza. It will take at least a week to arrive and the pentagon says it could take up to 60 days to build the structure. Let me take you to the skies above gaza, and these are pictures that show the latest drop of aid that has been carried out by Us Central Command and Jordanian Air force. This is the latest airdrop into gaza, which provided meals, more than 11,500 meal equivalents, food like rice, flour, pasta and canned food. We have seen these airdrops starting to increase over gaza in the last two weeks also since the us air force got involved. It is still nowhere near meeting the huge need for humanitarian aid in gaza. The amount getting in by road is far less than it was when the war began and we are focusing today on New Routes Spicy too to try and braid in. This is something the european new routes to bring in aid by c. Similarly, the us is building a Temporary Port Of Gaza so ships can be unloaded but still no detail of how those supplies when they actually get to gaza will be secured and distributed throughout the strip. Even as people look at aid distri
