A rare blizzard warning has been issued for the Cascades between northern Oregon and southern Washington Tuesday as a major snowstorm is set to dump feet of snow across local mountain passes by Wednesday afternoon.
Fog has continued to linger for areas of the south sound tonight and high clouds are streaming in ahead of our next system. Clouds will continue to increase tonight, and showers will move in early Friday morning. Showers will become more scattered by the afternoon and through the evening hours.
Another strong atmospheric river is set to barrel into the Northwest late Monday and dump over half a foot of rain on the already soaked region, setting off a significant flood threat.
