Amathole district municipality (ADM) opposition councillors have called for the municipal manager to take voluntary leave after a huge uproar over the alleged assault of a senior councillor. The calls were made after part of an ADM council meeting on Monday was held behind closed doors to discuss the manhandling of mayoral committee member Nanziwe Rulashe last week.
