A brand of beef bone broth concentrate sold at Wegmans stores is being recalled because it may contain hydraulic oil. Akron, Ohio-based More Than Gourmet is voluntarily recalling its 12-ounce Kitchen Accomplice Organic Beef Bone Broth Concentrate and its 16-ounce Demi-glace Gold Classic French Demi-glace. Wegmans sells the broth concentrate but does not sell the demi-glace, which is listed on the Amazon and Walmart websites. Affected packages of the broth concentrate have use by/sell by dates of March 1, 2023 and April 8, 2023. The lot codes are MFGA21060A5613, MFGA21060B5613 and MFGA21098B5613, according to the United States Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
