Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real It wasn’t terribly long ago that Lukas Nelson was still playing with his dad and the Family, which just graced a stage on the other side of Tampa Bay earlier this month. He did end up departing the band last year to focus on this project, and it might have been one of his smartest moves ever.
