The new phase, called Rise II, is slated to take shape on a roughly 2-acre portion of a parking lot between the first phase of apartments and Starling Drive on the western side of the mall.
The office tenants will fill out two levels of the five-story building along with an apartments leasing office and Bon Secours, which was revealed earlier this year as the under-construction building’s anchor tenant.
