The developers behind the transforming mall have struck a deal with Henrico’s EDA to buy the triangular-shaped lot at 1401 Eastridge Road, where they’re planning an additional mixed-use project.
The deal involved two attached buildings in Shockoe Slip and a Richmond Highway industrial space, all while the firm continues to get the Diamond District project to the starting line.
