For 10-year-old Manasvi Karamchedu from Hyderabad, Shabas T.S was nothing less than God dressed as human who gifted her a new life.
Its was emotional union for Manasvi and her family when they met Shabas, a 23-year old engineering student who donated blood stem cells to save the girl. At a meeting organised by Datri, a non-profit Blood Stem Cell Donors Registry, Manasvi s father who could not hold back his tears, “I do not have words to express my feelings. We have waited for long to meet the person whose selfless act has gifted us the life of my daughter.”
