Richmond area outside philadelphia to find everything they can in this mangled mess of train wreckage. It is a shock that the death toll is not ten times as high as it is right now. As we said ntsb investigators are going to be on the scene this morning. Theyre going to be searching for clues on what caused this. Speed will be an obvious concern.
