While it’s always the 18th century at Coggeshall Farm, for one day last Saturday, Aug. 19 the Farm was host to a reenactment of a drill day and encampment of Revolutionary War soldiers and militiamen of Rhode Island’s own Tew’s Company.

While Patriots Day 2020 was mostly canceled in Billerica and around the state, this year s celebrations moved forward but were pared down drastically to meet the COVID-19 restriction.
While four of the Minute Men, including Select Board member Dan Burns, made their way to Town Common to celebrate, many of the local celebrations were made virtual for residents to enjoy at home.
