Ansila Energy completes the acquisition of Hartshead Resources 03 Feb 2021 Ansila Energy (ANA) has announced that, following shareholder approval at its 2020 Annual General meeting (AGM) held on Friday 29 January 2021, it has successfully completed its transaction with the vendors of Hartshead Resources (Hartshead or HRL) to acquire the remaining 78.4% interest in Hartshead that it did not already own. As a result of the transaction Hartshead is now a wholly-owned subsidary of ANA, which is transformed into a new UK North Sea gas development company. The Company has issued a total of 1,000,000,000 new Ordinary shares to the vendors of Hartshead which are subject to voluntary and ASX escrow for 12 months as consideration for the transaction.

Ansila, known as Pura Vida Energy until October 2019, said in December that the transaction would create a “new UK North Sea gas developer”. Manchester-based Hartshead has now become Ansila’s wholly-owned subsidiary.

UK: Ansila Energy creates new UK North Sea gas company with the acquisition of Hartshead Resources 14 Dec 2020 Agreement reached to acquire the remaining 78.4% interest in Hartshead Resources that Ansila Energy does not already own in an all share deal aiming to create a new UK North Sea gas developer. Following completion of the deal HRL will become the Company s wholly-owned subsdiary. UK 32nd Offshore Licensing Round award will see HRL awarded five contigous blocks in the Southern North Sea (HRL License) with four existing discoveries totalling 354 Bcf of 2C Contingent Resources. Recently completed CPR by Oilfield Production Consultants Ltd for Phase I development field of 217 Bcf of 2C Contingent Resources.
