UK: Ansila Energy creates new UK North Sea gas company with the acquisition of Hartshead Resources

Agreement reached to acquire the remaining 78.4% interest in
Hartshead Resources that Ansila Energy does not already own in an all share deal aiming to create a new UK North Sea gas developer. Following completion of the deal HRL will become the Company's wholly-owned subsdiary.
UK 32nd Offshore Licensing Round award will see HRL awarded five contigous blocks in the Southern North Sea (HRL License) with four existing discoveries totalling 354 Bcf of 2C Contingent Resources.
Recently completed CPR by Oilfield Production Consultants Ltd for Phase I development field of 217 Bcf of 2C Contingent Resources.
