Police responded to a car crash in san jose but when they got to the scene, they found the driver had died from a gunshot wound. This was at about 4 00 this morning. Chuck coppola is live at the headquarters with the latest on this one. Chuck . Reporter we are learning that the person who died in this accident was known in the neighborhood as d. C. They say he was parking the car in a south part of san jose. Neighbors call it the crime zone. More than nine hours after the oldsmobile crashed into an ally at carlsbad drive, the car still sat, drivers side window shot out and yellow evidence markers and broken pieces of glass was found.
