you are live in the cnn newsroom. i m jim acosta in washington. abortion rights across the country are crumbling. days after the supreme court declared there is no constitutional right to an abortion. protesters are gathering outside the supreme court again today while a new cbs poll shows 59% of americans disapprove of the court s decision to overturn roe vs. wade this video from a protest in greenville, south carolina, shows the moment police detained several demonstrators, six people were arrested. a witness telling cnn it all started when counterprotesters leveled misogynistic slurs to women advocate willing for abortion rights. as of today abortion is he canively banned in 11 states, more states with trigger laws are expected to outlaw abortion in the coming days and weeks.
