MANITOWOC - Manitowoc Coffee is moving from its long-time Eighth Street location to a larger space within the Union Square complex in the River North District.
The new store, at York and Seventh streets, will allow the newly named Manitowoc Coffee & Manitowoc Coffee Roasters to accommodate onsite coffee roasting in a special space where customers can view the process, according to a news release.
A restaurant kitchen at the new location means owners Peter and Teri Stemper can expand their current sandwich menu to offer full breakfast and lunch menus, including omelets, crepes, pancakes and more.
“My dream has been to open a full kitchen,” Teri Stemper said.
