Cal tran and pg e and nobody knows what caused the outage. Weve learned that some detectives took an unusual piece of evidence from the apartment of a murder suspect. That suspect is one of five people arrested after a man and woman were found tied up, gagged on a San Francisco street. Cbs 5 reporter linda yee takes us to that apartment.
