The former head of the North West Health Department, an official, and a businessman, faces charges related to the 2008 construction of the Moses Kotane and Joe Morolong Hospitals in Rustenburg and Vryburg.
The Hawks on Wednesday conducted search and seizure operations at a house in Bedfordview, as well as offices in Germiston and Edenvale, as part of a probe into alleged tender fraud at Thembisa Hospital.
