The former acting national police commissioner and other high ranking police officials charged with tender fraud and corruption amounting to R54 million have been granted bail.
Mthokozisi Duze is one of the accused in the matter involving Director-General Nonhlanhla Mkhize and four others. The matter is linked with tender fraud worth around R37 million.
