pregnant with Jones’ baby, but the charges do not mention the alleged pregnancy, according to the report.
Of note, cops turned up an hour prior to the shooting to conduct a welfare check only for the mother to re-assure police everything was all-right.
A neighbor’s security camera caught Jones peeking through the window of Wallace’s apartment Saturday afternoon, about 30 minutes before the bodies were discovered. He was seen entering the house shortly before running outside to a Jeep Compass with damage to the front bumper and no license plate.

ST. PAUL, Minn. Police in St. Paul, Minn. say Ja’Corbie Wallace managed to survive five gunshot wounds long enough to put a name to the shooter who ultimately killed him, his mother, and his sister.
It was “Keith,” he told officers Saturday, according to the statement of probable cause obtained by Law&Crime. Investigators say the dying boy was referring to TeKeith Svyone Jones, 26.
Police say Jones murdered Wallace, 11, sister La’Porsha Wallace, 14, and mother D’Zondria D. Wallace, 30. Documents indicate that D’Zondria used to date Jones, but it ended badly before the triple homicide.

TeKeith Syvone Jones, 26, was charged Tuesday in Ramsey County District Court with three counts of second-degree murder in connection with the deaths of his ex-girlfriend, D Zondria Wallace, 30, and her two children, La Porsha, 14, and Ja Corbie, 11. Jones remains jailed in lieu of $5 million bail.
In a police interview, Jones eventually confessed to the shooting but gave inconsistent answers on the motive. Jones didn t know why he killed them, charges say, but claimed he was trying to save them.

An 11-year-old boy who was shot several times along with his mother and sister at their home in Minnesota managed to implicate the man responsible to police before succumbing to his injuries.
Ja Corbie Wallace, of Saint Paul, was killed along with his mother D Zondria Wallace, 30, and 14-year-old sister La Porsha Wallace following the shooting at his home in the 700 block of Jessie Street on January 30.
TeKeith Svyone Jones, 26, was arrested the next day by the Saint Paul Police Department s SWAT team at about 7:25 p.m. in an apartment on the 2100 block of Wilson Avenue, about four miles from where the shooting occurred.
