Repairing the pothole required caltrans to close 2 of the for code lanes and the misery began for drivers, traffic backed up some 12 miles to highway five back. It is now almost 1230 and i am really late. One man was late for an appointment at the hospital. It has been almost 3 hours. How long should the drive take . About 40 minutes.
