Its been pounding the houston area for hours and hours and hours, which is leading to catastrophic flooding and life endangering conditions all throughout the houston zone. There are reports of more than 20 inches of rain that have fallen portions of houston. Still to come, 15 to 25 more inches are possible. And there in lies the problem. If you have near two feet with the possibility of two more feet, the flooding will leave to some areas being uninhabitable.
