Perhaps and a bug of our healthing age, but i think this attitude often fails to promote a sense of independence in kids. Not only do they not know how to walk down the street by themselves but theyre also pretty much incapable of entertaining themselves without a device in hand. Our kid have trouble with any kind of unstructured activity but reading for pleasure is perhaps the activity that i think has suffered the most.
