That man says he was beaten by three rookie cops in san jose for no reason. And he claims to have video to prove it. Joe vasquez shows us the video and the mans lawyer is saying about this. Reporter the dark Surveillance Video shows construction worker Eliel Paulino sitting calmly talking to police quite a few minutes. His Attorney Says it gets ugly once paulino realizes he is about to get arrested and he yells at his father in spanish to lock up his truck. At that point, one of the officers tells him to shut up and gets closer. He explained all im telling him to do is lock my truck up. Reporter paulino says they started to strike him with their batons.
