Starbucks up 5. 48 and honeywell up 3. This matters. Im a gigantic believer that a ceo can determine how well the company does by leadership and execution. Pete carroll from the seahawks and Bill Belichick can take their places where no one else has gone. Thats what they have done. These two companies delivered superior quarters, such great quarters that you know to many other in their leagues, you have to sit back and marvel. I sure wouldnt want to compete against these guys. Think of the coach when you consider buying or selling a stock, as you hear later when a call out a couple of suboptimal performers. Lets talk about the game plan for next week starting with the microsoft. The new ceo, i like this guy, in a position to make more changes, more to the cloud and bring out the value of skype and xbox and maybe even take
Inconvenience to anyone involved. And i understand, as judge starr has mentioned, theres a difference of opinion on whether or not there should be cameras in the courtroom, but i have to say addressing cameras in the courtroom for the United States Supreme Court i respectfully disagree with their posture and their position on in this. Now, why is this important . One of the reasons its important is because the public cares. The public wants to see cameras, they want to see what is happening in our courtrooms as they want to see what the transparency will provide with every branch of our government. And thats extremely critical. You know, the public receives information now in a way that is totally transformed and morphed is instantaneous communication. The or that would allow the government to go to the providers before Getting Court approval. But as i understand, the administrations already put into practice the provider Court Approval. Weve had now the benefit of some weeks of experience with that and i wanted to ask you, have you noticed any problems with that . Have there been any difficulties . And if not, does it make any sense to move backward to a model where you can search without getting prior Court Approval . I think that the proposal that or the new processes that we are using have proved to be effective.
