This entire area five years ago was ground zero of the realestate crisis in america, and today it is an american success story. Lake las vegas is a beautiful, 328acre lake that was actually manmade. It was a massive project spanning decades, creating the lake, the golf courses, hotels, and luxury communities in the middle of the vegas desert. But when the recession hit, the area was devastated. Its basically remodeling or redecorating your home to make it attractive to any potential buyer so important. And the results . They can be dramatic. We tagged along with professional home stager jennifer paxson, as she transformed two properties that are about to hit the market. What we do as stagers is we bring furniture in so that people can see how they could live in the space. We make people have an emotional connection so they see the way that they could live life.
