More than one week after Michael Browns death the protests go on in ferguson, missouri. This is a live look at whats going on as we speak. Last night at this time things were okay, but overnight violence erupted. More than 50 people were arrested. U. S. Attorney general eric holder plans to pay ferguson a visit tomorrow. Mola lenghi has been monitoring the fluid situation today and looks at a few of the dynamics at play. As our viewers can see there, its dark in the st. Louis area now and Authorities Say that is when the most trouble has happened, under the cover of night. Ktvu obtained an update on the motorcyclists. He suffered broken ribs and punctured lungs. Hes still trying to recover. Hes been hospitalized several times and still in not so good shape. Reporter the firefighters later resigned he was charged with driving under the influence and faces a police investigation. Fraizer is suing quinn and the city alleging negligent conduct and that quinn consumed alcohol a violation of Fire Department rules. I think we all want to see this no tolerance policy enforced to the point where this never happens again. Tending the patient, making sure patient care which is always paramount in our business was done. Reporter sources say quinn went into this near by bar after the crash. Video views by us shows a man said to be quinn drinking nine glasses of water. Sources say he returned later to his station and tested above the legal limit for blood alcohol. Helicopters are battling the blaze. But the tinder dry brush and triple digits temperatures reignited the flames. The unseasonably early wildfires come during one of the states worst droughts. Firefighters say they havent seen explosive fire conditions like these in years and already had crews positioned in the area. Its almost a week and a half before this fire broke out. We had resources ready to go additionally here in Southern California. Reporter crews hope to get the upper hand with calmer winds but officials think the wildfires have caused more than 22 million in damage so far.
