Basalt, Glenwood Springs and Rifle had a handful of grapplers take the podium during this weekend’s Colorado High School Activities Association state wrestling championships. Basalt senior Brady Samuelson nabbed a third-place finish in the 3A.
Two wrestlers from La Plata County reached the podium at the state wrestling championships in Denver on Saturday while two others finished just one win away.
