Committing is going to call about. I have been chair since july. We are yet to have a meeting. You have to stop doing certain things and focus on the most important things. This is a discussion item. You have fallen in love with the investment and that is hedge funds. You have got to bite the bullet and divest from them. You are going to find in a few years there will be big losses. If any of you Board Members are politicians or want to be politicians what you are going to see on the front page of the chronicle, the San Francisco pension fund lost hundreds of millions of dollars in high risk investments like hedge funds.
