Just walking outside into 18 degree temperatures wasnt horrible if youre all covered up. Once the wind blows thats when things really kim down, and you feel temperatures like this, 5 below. In downtown san jose, Mike Sayer Kpix 5 another breaking story out of los angeles. Chris brown has been arrested on suspicion of a Deadly Weapon. This caps off a day at the singers mansion when authorities received a call early this morning from a woman who claimed brown pointed a gun at her. As police arrived, brown refused to let them on his property, leading to a long standoff. It officers officers eventually got a warrant and dozens emerged from the home. Police searched the home and interviewed witnesses before arresting the singer. We will have much more with a live report coming up.
