For the east bay, the diablo range will start at 1 00 and they all end at 4 00 tomorrow. The for the bay will be under the gun with the offshore winds. I see gusts 50, maybe 55 but not quite as fast as it was over the weekend. Less than 10 miles an hour and picking up a little bit. 13 as fast as they are in the hills. 30s and 40s this morning.
