The Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has started the registration process for phase 2 of the off-campus drive to recruit suitable engineering graduates. New Delhi: Tata Consultancy Services employees just received their late new year gift as India’s largest IT services provider rolled out 100 percent variable pay for the quarter ending December 2020 after its stellar results. Note that TCS gives QVA based on its quarterly performance.
TCS operating margins expanded by 40bps QOQ to 26.6%. This is the highest operating margin in five years and most importantly, the margins expanded despite salary hikes being rolled out since October 2020.
