Brockton Boys & Girls Club expansion: clubhouse would serve pre-teens

BROCKTON Positioned firmly in downtown Brockton, the Boys & Girls Club of Metro South had been the afterschool go to spot for nearly 500 youth before the pandemic. Eyeing a post-pandemic future, the Boys and Girls Club is seeking to expand in order to accommodate even more youth. “The growth our Brockton Clubhouse has experienced in the past five years is remarkable,” said Peter Vlaco, a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Metro South s board of directors, in a press release on April 6.
