RICHMOND, Ind. The Wayne County Republican Party has opted for continuity.
The same leadership team was selected to serve a second four-year term during a March 6 reorganization meeting in the Tom Raper Center at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.
Gary Saunders, who will again serve as chair, said the continuity will benefit the local party.
► It takes time to learn what all you have to do, he said. We work together so good. Each one had our little niche to take care of. I felt like it was important. It s been a long time since a chair has served two terms, but with the team we have, it s a good time to do that.
