Indiana GOP: Wayne County Republicans keep leadership team a 2nd term

RICHMOND, Ind. — The Wayne County Republican Party has opted for continuity.
The same leadership team was selected to serve a second four-year term during a March 6 reorganization meeting in the Tom Raper Center at the Wayne County Fairgrounds.
Gary Saunders, who will again serve as chair, said the continuity will benefit the local party.

"It takes time to learn what all you have to do," he said. "We work together so good. Each one had our little niche to take care of. I felt like it was important. It's been a long time since a chair has served two terms, but with the team we have, it's a good time to do that."
